"CLEAN" Exiss Weekender w/shower 2 Horse LQ, Aluminum, Great Condition for sale in South Carolina

Don't let the age fool you on this trailer, it is in great shape. I bought it from a dealer 4+ years ago and we went through every part of it. I have never used the horse stalls only the living quarters about 8 times since I've owned it. The heat and air work great, no leaks, cushions are in great shape, mattress and floors look new. No horses in back so the stalls and floor is clean, and look barely used. Mid tack has been converted to a full shower and portable toilet area but could be restored to a mid tack room or a 3rd stall if desired (rear tack is removable as well). UPDATE: We noticed the refrigerator is not working, it could be something simple like a fuse, it was working when we purchased it but we just never used it. The motor on the power jack has decided to quit but we have easily manually operated the jack so we won't be replacing it but I will compensate some on the price. The blinds need cleaned, I won't take them down just in case someone wants to take the time to clean them, I think it would be worth it, or you could put some curtains up. Reasonable Offer to compensate for frig and jack. But the key word is REASONABLE! Serious Buyers Only...No Trades
