What is a Morgan horse?
The Morgan Horse is a breed of equine developed in the United States from foundation stock originating in England. They are compact and refined, with an easily recognizable silhouette, often called "the ideal all-around horse". Morgans stand between 14.1 and 15.2 hands high and can be any color or combination thereof. They have kind eyes, an energetic attitude, and a willingness to learn that makes them popular in many different disciplines such as dressage, show jumping, eventing, driving, and even cowhorse events.
