What is a Racking Horse?
The Racking Horse is a breed of Tennessee Walking Horses known for their smooth, comfortable gait. Although they are primarily bred as show horses, they can also be used for recreational activities. They have powerful hindquarters and a naturally elastic stride with the ability to cover large distances with little effort. Racking Horses are calm, friendly and easy to train, making them excellent mounts for riders of all experience levels. They come in a variety of colors and breeds and can sometimes have spots or markings on their coats.
