Ready, Set, SHOW winner Black Morgan Mare for sale in South Carolina

How do I put 8 years into a few words? First, I carefully selected her sire and dam years ago when I decided to raise Morgan horses so I could produce just this type of Morgan sport horse. I hand raised her from a foal and she learned ground manners, voice commands and desensitizing with natural horsemanship training. Because of her ground training and awesome willingness to listen and learn I was able to start her under saddle with a 10 yo student who had the same willingness and not only has she continued to ride her over the last 3 years she has also showed her into her second year jumping, running barrels and poles and just having fun with this all around girl.

Arrie is all black with NO white just like her sire, she has a laid back attitude until you point her at a jump then she is ready to go. She likes to work, is an easy keeper and wants a forever home with her forever person. What does that look like? Maybe an experienced pony clubber who would eventually like to take their horse to college, maybe a responsible teen who would like to do it all *she does require a good solid rider, or maybe an adult who is ready for their next forever friend. Arrie is great on trails, very inquisitive and forward without stupid. She is currently showing and jumping at 2'3-2'6 and schooling at 3'6, having fun on barrels and poles (not wanting to do that for a career but for fun), and would love to do more. She would excel at eventing and has a wonderful candence to her canter that would get high marks in dressage, she would probably love fox hunting, and maybe make a good driving horse although we have never done that. She is not spooky, will go out alone, is great with farrier, vet, etc. She has great Morgan feet, no shoes needed, and is an easy keeper with no vices. Her current rider will ride and show her until sold but her schedule is getting tight as she bought herself another project horse and although it will be very hard to part with her it's time for this 13 year old to hand over the reins to this gal's next partner.
