I am excited to introduce you to Walker. He is a grullo quarter horse that stands 16.1hh and is 10 years old. Walker is very kind and gentle. I have given lessons to my grandchildren on him. Because Walker is a grulla, he has perfect color. He has a dorsal fin on his back and stripes on his legs. Walker can walk, trot, and with some work canter with ease. He works well off of leg cues. He will stand to be groomed and saddled. He knows a loading block and can be mounted from the ground. He is a quick learner, works well in the round pen, and is easy to load. He will go out by himself and with others. Walker is registered with the AQHA. He is not a beginner's horse not because he would not cooperate but because to truly appreciate him an intermediate or advanced rider would do well with him. If you are interested, I will hand you a lead line, and brushes, and observe you saddle him. He has been a great friend and always taken care of me, therefore I must be convinced you know how to be around horses. I am selling because I had a slip and fall accident and the doctor says no more riding.
