LOCATION: Lovell, WY

Chrome is a 9-year-old sorrel gelding that I have rode for 4 years. He is as handy as a crescent wrench and good for everything. He is gentle, broke, and kind to be around. Chrome is good to go down a trail, and ready to do any job when there is one. This horse is really cool around cattle and great at ranch work. Chrome has been used to pack elk out of the mountains and lead the pack string. This horse has been all over for work, and he gets along great with the other horses in the pasture. Riding with dogs does not bother him at all. He is awesome to put shoes on, and to catch in the pasture. He loads into the trailer, or a stock rack with no issues, and backs out nicely. Chrome gets saddled in an indoor tack room. He has taken care of me in the branding pen for the last 2 years. I used him up in the mountains for dragging logs to the road. He has been used in the Cody Nite Rodeo to assist in getting bulls out of the arena. He was good in the lights, with the crowd and loud music. Riding down the road, traffic doesn’t bother him a bit.
