Flick!!! Say hello to Flick, when it comes to absolutely bomb proof…you will not find a horse as pure and true as flick! Flick has a Ph.D in ranch work and there isn’t a trail Flick cannot conquer! Flick is 15.1 hands , he wears a size one shoe and has all the bone and shape built to last forever. This gelding is 100 percent sound, safe , gentle , and sane for anyone who can set up and hold a pair of reins ! Whether it be dragging calves to the fire or packing our 6 year old daughter to the local barrel races. Flick is her pick to get the job done with ease. Flick is no stranger to a long days work either. He has been used in the feedlots pulling and sorting cattle along with being used outside on a yearling operation prowling and checking fence.
We honestly cannot say enough good things about this clutch gelding. Flick rides one handed in and out of the arena , he catches both leads and is smooth as glass. Flick rides very well either alone or also in a group. If you are just a weekend rider who wants to catch a horse Saturday and Sunday and go have fun, Flick is your horse. He takes time off well and takes absolutely no preparation to ride. He is the same horse every-time you ride. Flick does not get fresh or sour. This great minded gelding would also make a great junior rodeo horse in any event. Flick has been used to break in roping steers and is a very good head horse. He scores great, leaves the box flat, and tracks cattle to the hip very well.
Flick has been exposed to all sorts of elements as well. He has been rode in the rocky terrain of the Palo duro canyon up and down the canyons along with the sandy barges of the Canadian River. Flick crosses water, bridges and timber with ease. This is the type of gelding one will drive the wheels off a pick up trying to find.
