If you are looking for a family horse or kids horse or that cool, gentle head turning gelding, I invite you to check out this stout made 14.2 hand quarterhorse we call Twig!

Twig is a 9yr old gelding that is super well broke to ride . Twig is laid back making him that perfect fit for all types of riders. Twig neck reins, sidepasses and is soft in the face. Twig also rides bareback and bridleless if you so choose. Twig rides English or western. He is a seasoned trail horse and has put on many miles up in the mountains and goes over logs and through water and wherever you point him with no refusal. We have also taken Twig down the main highway and he does not mind traffic at all. Twig also rides great in the arena and picks up both his leads and has a smooth walk, trot, and slow canter.

The favorite thing about Twig is his willing to please attitude. Twig is very gentle making him the kids favorite. We have used him to give riding lessons to little children and I think he also would make a great therapy/lesson horse because he does not get easily rattled and he rides the same whether he is ridden once a day or once a month. Twig stands to be tacked and mounted and moves out with a low head and loose rein.

Twig does well inside or turned out in a mixed herd. Twig is up to date on farrier, dewormer and had his teeth done in February. I could brag on an on about Twig but feel free to call for more information or to come meet him.
