Meet “PEACHES”!

Let me start of by saying, we usually offer geldings, so it takes a really special kind of gal to get in our lineup. We have kept Peaches as a personal horse for almost a year now. She’s just that good! We have thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. We have too many other young prospects right now, and that is the only reason she is being offered for sale.

It’s very difficult to find these solid-minded, well rounded, kind and beautiful mares, and we are so excited to get to offer you one of those, once in a lifetime horses!

This special lady is a pleasure to be around. She stands 15hh and is 8 years old.

By GUYS CD, an own son of Frenchman’s Guy (multimillion dollar Hall of fame sire) as well as out of a daughter of Dash Ta Fame, (an all-time leading multi-million dollar sire) Needless to say, outstanding bloodlines!

Peaches has excellent ground manners, great in the stall or easy to catch out in the big pasture. She will drop her head into your halter and happily follow wherever you lead. Not “marish” at all. Stands patiently while being groomed and tacked up, for the farrier or a bath.

Peaches is very easy to ride. She will willingly adapt to whoever is on her back, so even if you have limited experience, she is user friendly! She does have a nice handle and some buttons- so she is fun for experienced riders too!

Out on the trails, she is happy to carry a beginner who needs to grow their confidence, or she will pick up and move out if someone experienced asks her for something more. She’s content to walk along at any easy pace, whether that’s at the front, bringing up the rear or anywhere in the middle of a group. She will go wherever she’s asked, up steep banks, through creeks and mud, over logs or even through rough terrain where there is no trail, she does it all with a sweet and willing attitude.

So many people ask me where those SOLID horses are! Peaches is that horse.

She has been hauled to roping pens, has been started correctly on slow steers on the head side, as well as started nicely on the barrel pattern. So much potential for whichever direction you want to go with her, or just enjoy her as the amazing trail horse that she is and use her on your ranch too.

She is quiet and easy for our 6-year-old while he roams around the farm and nearby trails. As a mom, I appreciate these good horses that you can trust. She’s even taken our youngest child for his very first ride (with daddy) ever. Peaches doesn’t mind traffic, dogs or flags, other farm animals, tarps or really anything else that we’ve come across. She’s penned and pushed cattle around and stands patiently while the kids play cowboy and rope the Heelomatic roping dummy. I can’t say enough good about this mare, and I know that whoever buys her will be happy with their investment.

Bottom line is, here’s a fancy trained, user friendly, GORGEOUS, good minded, kind and well-bred mare, and you will not want to miss out on her. Dependable, SAFE and fun, with unlimited potential!!!
